We have received word that BioWare is about to make available a wealth of new content for the acclaimed RPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
According to sources, an entire new planet is poised to go live, featuring an entire populace of never-before-seen monsters and characters lifted from the Star Wars films and books.
The new planet, whose name is as-yet undisclosed, is set to be made ready for download via Xbox Live before the end of this year, freely available to all registered KOTOR players.
It is unknown as to whether the update is co-developed by Obsidian, the development studio now charged with the next full instalment of the series.
