We have learned today that Valve will not release the massively anticipated Half-Life 2 in September of this year as planned.
According to sources at publisher Vivendi, the game will now, with any luck, be available to buy in time for Christmas 2003. No reason was given for the delay, other than the fact that Half-Life 2 is a seriously cutting-edge piece of gaming software.
As soon as a concrete date is announced, we'll let you know.
