THQ bounced out of court
It’s a common misconception that, when encountering a wild giant panda in the middle of a bamboo grove, the animal will greet you with a smile, cuddle you for a bit and offer to share its bounty. In actual fact, it will run at you at about 30 miles-per-hour, maul you for a bit and then rip off your head.

This being the case, it’s fitting that the giant panda is the World Wildlife Fund’s mascot.

Yesterday, Justice Robin Jacob upheld his earlier ruling that THQ must remove all games featuring the WWF logo from shelves across the United Kingdom as they are in breach of the settlement between the newly renamed World Wrestling Entertainment and the World Wildlife Fund.

Interestingly, Jacob stated that the cost of the withdrawal should be passed onto the WWE. “It seems to me THQ must look to the Federation for the losses which have been caused. It was the Federation that got them into this mess.”
