Xbox Entertainment to Make Rapper Life Story TV Show
New series to be 'broadcast' via your game console...it's about Nas
That's right, Xbox Entertainment Studios is currently developing a TV series that'll follow the life of rapper Nas.
The series will be called Street Dreams (get it?), and it's going to be produced by Electric City Entertainment with Xbox Entertainment co-producing and obviously distributing.
Set in the rapper's neighbourhood of Queensbridge, Long Island, Street Dreams will follow Nas' musical rise to fame as it takes a look at music, family and the trials and tribulations of the rap game.
According to Eurogamer, "The half-hour show is being produced by Electric City Entertainment, which last year released the Ryan Gosling-fronted crime film The Place Beyond The Pines."
