Skyrim Dawnguard DLC
Bethesda has claimed that the PS4 and Xbox One listings that appeared for Skyrim on its website are an error.
Pete Hines, tweeted Bethesda VP and head of PR, Pete Hines. "We have been working on the CMS that runs our sites. A bug caused platforms that don't exist to show up for some games Sorry for confusion."
Expanding further, Hines said, "just a bug from a CMS update we did. 00/00/14 got entered in blank fields and caused this to appear."
And that email supposedly sent out teasing an announcement? Hines characterised that as "Another fan hoax."
It's worth noting that so far Hines hasn't clearly denied that next-gen versions of Skyrim exist.
