Dragon Age III: Inquisition is coming along nicely, in fact if you believe the hype, it's come along staggeringly well and will in fact bust PS4 and Xbox One levels of performance.

It's not exactly hard to do that. Just make incredibly inefficient code and art assets and watch the whole machine struggle.
