Microsoft might be holding its own reveal event in late May, but that doesn't mean that the company is skipping its E3 duties. According to a new report, the Xbox manufacturer is still planning a pre-E3 press conference, likely expanding on Durango details. The Galen Center in LA, the traditional venue for Microsoft's E3 press conferences, has confirmed that the company has again booked the location for an event taking place on 10th June 2013. Obviously, Microsoft hasn't sent out formal invites yet, but press should expect to get them very soon on this news.
The next Xbox will be revealed at an event on May 21, just a few weeks before E3, allowing Microsoft some time to focus its E3 press conference on the finer details - maybe even a number of first-party and third-party titles for the new console. Let's just hope Usher doesn't come back again and spoil it all.
