Double take on bookkeeping as Take 2 comes under investigation by SEC

Take 2 Interactive restated nearly two years of its financial results yesterday, announcing that it had come under investigation from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The SEC has charged the Grand Theft Auto publisher with certain discrepancies in its bookkeeping. Take 2 has also still refused to reveal its earnings from last year to NASDAQ and has been barred from trading on the exchange.
