BioWare let the proverbial Mass Effect 3 multiplayer cat out of the bag on Monday, thanks to an Australian PC magazine. Now the studio is on the hunt for an Online Programmer with Xbox Live and PlayStation Network experience to help it "change the RPG world - again."A job listing on
Games Jobs Direct asks for someone to work at BioWare's Montreal studio, with "a keen understanding of multiplayer architectures, database systems, redundancy, robustness, scalability, latency, cheating, error handling" and a familiarity "with both PS3 and Xbox 360 hardware and online services (PSN, Xbox Live)."

"BioWare is about to change the RPG world—again. We’re seeking a highly skilled and passionate software developer to build our future online multiplayer experience for both PC and consoles."
Electronic Arts and BioWare have both been silent on comments
from series producer Casey Hudson that Mass Effect 3 will have some kind of multiplayer component. But you know what they say about smoke and fire. They burn your eyes and fingers.
