Sony Vita Less than £235 in UK
With SCEA pricing the NGP - now called the 'Vita' at $249 in the USA, we're obviously all keen to know how much we're paying in the UK. Will it be £ for $?

Not according to a "a source close to the company". Apparently this source is "was very confident that a UK RRP of 'somewhere close to £235.'"

At least that what he or she has told CVG.

Sounds about right doesnt it, of course US $ take into account they add sales tax after the $249.99 and we include it as part of the SRP but it still seems we are always paying a higher price. but for what the console actually offers i think sony hit a sweet spot on the pricing this time round. also SPOnG Any pics of the Carts the PSV will use?

I couldn't disagree more Sean. I don't think many people have that kind of money to burn at the moment and for that reason it's going to do very badly. Also the time of the dedicated handheld gaming device is sadly slowly coming to an end. Mobile phones are more and more moving towards being our personal mobile computers. They do everything. Although they are not necessarily the best at any one task (apart from making phone calls one would hope!), they are convenient, which is their trump card.
