People still play Modern Warfare 2? We thought all the cool kids had moved on to Black Ops. Well, if you're still one of the Infinity Ward die-hards, then this will be music to your ears - the studio is finally getting around to releasing a patch that will fix the security code on all platforms.
"The latest patch for Modern Warfare 2 has finished production and is now going through internal quality assurance. This new title update will address security issues that have affected online play," writes Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling.
"We plan to release this update for all platforms (Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC). No release date is set at this time." So like most things, you'll have to wait until the team can bring us an ETA. Not so fun for those still suffering from various glitches.
