Tokyo Game Show Spring cancelled!
Only one a year from now on as show-world takes another battering
CESA (Computer Entertainment Software Association) of Japan, has announced that it has cancelled the Spring Tokyo Game Show Event that was due to take place in March of next year.
CESA stated that falling attendance for the Spring event coupled with poor levels of interest from the industry is to blame.
It is thought that the Tokyo Game Show will now be an annual event, taking place in October each year though this could not be confirmed by CESA representatives. The venue for the event, traditionally held at the Makuhari Messe exhibition centre, has not yet been decided.
