Microsoft Confirms Voice Control At Kinect Launch
Earlier today it was reported that Kinect would ship on November 14th without the much vaunted voice control demo'd at E3. We contacted the company for confirmation or denial.

The official statement is just given to us directly from Microsoft is:

“Voice control is an exciting part of the ‘Kinect for Xbox 360’ controller-free experience and we can confirm that it will be available at launch in November 2010. Only on Xbox 360 will you be able to navigate the Kinect Hub using your voice to control your movies, TV Shows and music. We do not have additional details to share about local voice availability at this time.”

That, as they say, is from the horse's mouth.

Good, its a main reason for getting one, still very wary about kinect and Voice features missing would be a major put off, but i wonder why Sony cant do this after all if you need the Playstation Eye to play with Move, you have a multi directional Microphone already?
