Peter Molyneux and David Braben are two of the great figures in videogaming, but they appear to be at odds with each other over whether the former's Kate and Milo technology appears in the latter's Kinectimals game. Molyneux certainly thinks it does.
Speaking to SPOnG in an interview to be published later today, the Microsoft and Lionhead man behind Kate & Milo responded to our question as to whether we would be seeing any of M&K's technology appearing in other titles as follows:
"Yeah, for sure. And, you know, there's some of the technology in the animals game and the sports is actually fed from Milo already. Little tiny bits of technology are scattered in other games. "
This appears to contradict David Braben (Frontier Developments... responsible for Kinectimals, 'the animals game') who said today that, "There has not been any involvement in the technology or design by Lionhead. Milo and Kate is a completely separate (and intriguing) development from Lionhead."
