Kojima Teaser Site: Raiden Un-Masked - Shots Here
Raiden emerges as new site turns up
The Kojima teaser website has been updated once again, while another teaser, linked to from the original page, has popped up.
On the first teaser, there's now a face popping up (at painfully long intervals) that looks distinctly like it belongs to Raiden. The image might look familiar to you if you saw the Famitsu scans earlier in the week.
The new site is dubbed 'Mask' in the url and is linked to from a sometimes-displayed image at the bottom left of the original teaser. It has an image of an ornate, female-looking mask that cycles through to a decayed face.
Back on the original site, things are looking a bit more stormy and the characters 'C', 'O' (or '0') and a '6' have popped up. Earlier in the week, a face believed to be that of Big Boss turned up.
Anyone else feel like their brain's being repeatedly pounded into a wall?

Interesting. Looks like Raiden might be Grey Fox replacement as ultimate badass cyber ninja agent. Or is this actually Grey Fox, before his cybernectic enhancements? That might make this game a MGS prequel, since isn't Big Boss supposed to be dead?
NEWS UPDATE: I have the Art of MGS artbook from years ago. Judging by the art of Grey Fox in that book, he sports the same cross face scar under his mask (most likely caused by Snake), as well as freaky metal jaw line. The picture above sports the same scar, but covered, which means its a recent wound. This leads me to believe that it is Grey Fox, AKA Frank Jaeger, AKA Null, above. This also leads me to the conclusion, that this game is an MGS prequel, about FOXHOUND's early days and the fabled Zanzibar Incident. I wonder if its one game or two? I just hope my 360 gets a sniff.

Looks bloody great, but I just wish we'd see as much focus and hoohah about other Konami IP. I still want Ring of Red 2, Sunset Riders and ZoE3, but they are yet to deliver. Boo hoo.

So i was the the site for a while and I didnt see any Raiden Pop-up, all that came up was Big Boss and the letters and numbers.
is it really rare to see Raiden??

It is not Big Boss I am convinced. First, Kojima said it is not Big Boss. Second, Big Boss has green eyes, yes I know Volgin's speech in MGS3, but still, Naked Snake's eyes are green. In all pictures on internet, in the MGS3 strategy guide, in MGS4 strategy guide, Naked Snake's eyes are the same colour as his outfit: green. It is contradicting yes, but the man appearing on the teaser site cannot be Big Boss, despite my wish that he would be.
