When Who Wants to be a Millionaire was released last September it smashed ChartTrack records for most sales in one week. WWTBAM allows players to take the hot seat at home and see the exact same screen that real participants see. This home quiz show recreates the same tension of the show but with virtual money.
In July, Eidos Interactive are publishing a new version of the hit game designed specifically for ages 8 and 14. In the new junior edition, there will be over 1,000 new questions based around kid topics such as sport, television and popular culture.
Who Wants to be a Millionaire: Junior Edition is set to become the ultimate family video game that everyone in the household can play together. It uses all of the television show’s music, sets and even features Chris Tarrant as host.
WWTBAM is scheduled for release on the PC and PlayStation platforms.
