Atari Announces E3 2005 Lineup

Leading Third-Party Publisher to Showcase Original Titles and Licensed Entertainment Properties for Current and Next-Generation Game Systems and PC

Atari, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATAR) today revealed the details behind the Company's exciting product lineup that will be on display during the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, May 18-20. The offerings span an impressive breadth of genres and content, and includes Test Drive Unlimited, the Company's previously unannounced title for next-generation console systems.
Atari is one of the world's largest third-party publishers of interactive entertainment and includes hundreds of award-winning titles and industry-leading partnerships with Hollywood and other entertainment giants. E3, the video game industry's largest trade show and exhibition, will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from May 18-20.

Following is the list of Atari's products that will be showcased at E3 this year:

The Matrix: Path of Neo (PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox(R) video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PC)
Marks the second collaboration between Atari, the Wachowski brothers, creators of The Matrix Trilogy, and Joel Silver, producer of the trilogy. The Matrix: Path of Neo is set in the Matrix universe and allow players to assume the role of Neo and relive his most thrilling and critical moments from all three films. The likenesses of the film's stars including Keanu Reeves ("Neo"), Laurence Fishburne ("Morpheus"), Carrie-Anne Moss ("Trinity"), and Hugo Weaving ("Agent Smith") are all featured, and footage from all three films as well as The Animatrix is also incorporated into the game.

Test Drive(R) Unlimited (the Xbox 360(TM) video game and entertainment system from Microsoft)
Test Drive(R) Unlimited is the ultimate automotive experience for car and bike enthusiasts alike. Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure
From Atari's partnership with fashion pioneer Marc Ecko and The Collective, Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure represents the culmination of seven years of story and character development by Marc Ecko. Creating its own genre of gameplay by combining combat, action, adventure and sneak, Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure uses a thrilling graffiti-driven framework to tell its story of self-expression and the fight for creative freedom.

Dragon Ball Z(R): Budokai Tenkaichi (PlayStation 2)
The latest installment in the Dragon Ball Z(R) franchise takes the blockbuster Budokai series of fighting games in a more explosive and authentic direction than ever before. Dragon Ball Z(R): Budokai Tenkaichi, developed by Spike exclusively for the PlayStation 2, is the first DBZ fighter that allows fighting and free flight in non-linear, destructible 3D environments in the air, on the ground and under water.

Atari Flashback 2.0 (Plug & Play)
In follow-up to their holiday 2004 hit, the Atari(R) Flashback Classic Game Console, Atari debuts the Atari Flashback 2.0. Modeled after the beloved Atari 2600 console, the stand-alone system comes loaded with 40 classic games, including Pong, Asteroids, Centipede, Millipede, Lunar Lander, Breakout, and Missile Command as well as retro game and arcade classics that have never before been released for the home console.

Dungeons & Dragons(R) Online: Stormreach (PC)
Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach centers on robust character advancement based on version 3.5 rules, challenging combat and meaningful social play. Players choose and develop a character based on some of the iconic races associated with D&D, including Humans, Elves and Halflings, as well as classes such as Fighters, Clerics, Rogues and Wizards - after which they can socialize, find quests, group together and equip themselves for future battles. In Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach, players can travel alone or in parties as they explore the seemingly endless dungeon complexes found beneath and outside of the town of Stormreach. Indigo Prophecy (PlayStation 2, Xbox, PC)
Indigo Prophecy is a free-flowing, paranormal thriller from developer Quantic Dream that allows players an unbelievable degree of freedom. In the game, players can assume the role of multiple characters, and based upon their choices and actions, impact the plot via a scenario-driven interactive experience. Ultimately, they must find out why New York City is turning into the Murder Capital of the futuristic world.
