Infogrames executes takeover of Gremlin

Gremlin Interactive, formerly Gremlin Graphics, becomes part of French giant Infogrames when the company takes an 85.6% stake. The Sheffield-based developer and publisher of titles dating from the 8-bit era, whose name is synonymous with greats such as Lotus Challenge and the Actua Soccer series, Thing on a Spring and Monty Mole, ceases to exists as a brand.
