Smoking Gun's Club Manager games update
Owners of the club specific football management game "Club Manager" are set to receive some great news, as the publisher of the game, Just Football again look set to deliver.

Available for FREE from next week, all existing owners of the game will be able to download the latest Update packs for their Club Manager game direct from the Just Football website (www.justfootball.net). The packs are designed to keep the game up to date and help prolong the shelf-life of the product. 17 separate packs will made available, one for each of the 17 signed clubs. As per the full game, each pack is tailored to be club specific.

These packs look set to be the biggest yet to be made available. They will contain:

  • Brand new player pics of those players transferred to each of the 17 signed up clubs, during the January transfer window. In some instances this can equate to well over 100 new photos. So Arsenal fans can look forward to seeing pictures of Spanish superstar Jose Antonio Reyes in their game and Chelsea fans get the chance to see their latest new signing Scott Parker sporting Chelsea colours.

  • A totally updated player database, to take into account all player transfers from the start of season.

  • A selection of new game features, one of which was voted for by the fans via the Just football website.

The developer of the game, Smoking Gun's Rob Henderson enthused, "It's taken a lot of time and effort to finally get all 17 of these packs ready, it's involved extensive research and also meant the need to source some 600 new player photos, but it's something we promised to deliver and we believe existing owners of the Club Manager game will be delighted with the result. It also demonstrates our desire to ensure the game is kept updated throughout the season, so any potential buyers can rest assured that they can end up with a fully up to date game too."

Just Football's Product Manager, Scott Phillips added "This is our way of saying thank you to all the fans that have dipped into their pockets and supported this unique venture, feedback from the fans has been nothing short of brilliant. We are receiving positive comments on a daily basis from fans enthusing about their Club Specific management game. So these packs are our way of rewarding all of those fans, we hope they derive many more months of pleasure from the game."

All 17 update packs will be available, free of charge, for download from the Just Football website next week. (www.justfootball.net)
