As of the 1st December, Playlogic has appointed Mr. Willy Simon and Mr. E.L.A. van Emden as members of Playlogic's Supervisory Board. Mr. Simon will chair the Supervisory Board and will advise Playlogic's management.
Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Willy Simon - living in London, UK - is in addition to his consultancy work responsible for Business Development with Redi & Partners (UK) and has held positions with several financial institutions including Bank Oyens & Van Eeghen (The Netherlands), Fortis (a.o. CEO Fortis Asset Management - Belgium), Citibank (London - UK) and Credit Bank Bahrain in the Middle East.
Mr. Erik L.A. Van Emden, is a lawyer and partner of the law firm of Bosselaar and Strengers, holds supervisory board positions in a number of organizations. Before he commenced working with Bosselaar & Strengers in 1993 he was, amongst others, a member of the Board of Directors at Credit Lyonnais Bank (The Netherlands).
The core functions of the Supervisory Board include the control and monitoring of the executive management and the approval of important corporate decisions.
