Against tough competition from experienced and established mobile developers worldwide Super Yum Yum defies the odds in being nominated for this esteemed award.

Super Yum Yum was developed by AirPlay as their first game and entry into the mobile games arena. It has been exceptionally well received by reviewers and publishers alike.

Said AirPlay co-founder and Super Yum Yum designer Ian Masters: “It is a great honour being nominated for such a prestigious award. It is wonderful to be recognised in this way for the dedication and effort that our talented team have put into making this game what it is.”

The game is a character based puzzle game and versions are available for most colour J2ME enabled mobile handsets. The game’s star Leon the chameleon is on his way home and it is the player’s mission to guide him through 4 different worlds while eating as much fruit as possible along the way.

The design of the game is ideally suited to mobile phones as it not only exploits the capabilities of the latest colour handsets but also allows for their limitations. It is also well suited to the mobile phone demographic in that it appeals to male and female players of all ages alike.

By creating outstanding, original, quality content with this title and more in the pipeline AirPlay are quickly establishing themselves in this relatively new section of the games industry.
