In news that will delight football aficionados and fans of skill and undiluted gameplay, Konami of Europe has announced that Pro Evolution Soccer 3, the latest in Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo's (KCE TYO) legendary football series will be released for PlayStation 2 in November.
