IN-FUSIO today announced the launch of its first female orientated mobile game - Spyro the Dragon. Spyro will make its first mobile appearance through the Orange Group and will be also be available in Germany, Italy, Great Britain and Spain in the coming weeks.

Conceived with high visual appeal, Spyro the Dragon is a departure from the traditional combat and racing mobile game genres which are proving popular today. Instead, quick thinking, thumb speed and 'against the clock' action combine to deliver a dazzling humanoid adventure with full colour multi-level colour game play.

In 'classic mode' Spyro has eighteen levels, the first three of which are practice tutorials. In 'arcade mode', the game is unlimited.

Game play scenario:

Spyro has to help the fairies to find the right costume for the Great Ball of the Millennium. Each fairy has its own look and it is Spyro's job, against the clock, to locate the right clothing and accessories. If the clock runs down, as traditionally happens, the fairy can change her mind and throw off her costume. Then it's time to start again from the beginning. In arcade mode, the fairies are more impatient, ultimately leaving their dressing room. After two failures, it's game over.

Noëlle Béronie, product head for Spyro the Dragon at IN-FUSIO, said: "A game designed for girls might be a surprise, given that gaming on mobiles is in its infancy, but nobody has thought about us yet! Spyro is an amusing and modern game, and by no means a soothing one. The hero has to do what he can to help the fairies, otherwise they rebel. They are just like modern women and girls, flirty and not submissive. As for Spyro, he may sometimes spit fire, but he always has to be at the beauties' beck and call!"

IN-FUSIO has developed the graphical environment using the colours of the original Spyro the Dragon console version which has sold over ten million units across the world.
