One of the market's most complete, technology-agnostic mobile game platforms.

IN-FUSIO has today announced that its Gamezilla mobile games platform now supports multiple formats, including Java, making it one of the industry's most complete, technology-agnostic platforms for operators and developers. The news will be welcomed by mobile game developers who now have the ability to immediately target the widest possible base of mobile users.

For a developer, deciding on the most appropriate format is often based on an operator's infrastructure and distribution channel. Gamezilla will now enable operators to distribute games in multiple formats, and ensures developers are able to reach a far wider base of mobile users regardless of the game format. IN-FUSIO predicts that this 'develop once, publish anywhere' approach (through a number of operators) is set to significantly increase the return on investment for game developers and the revenue generating potential for operators.

IN-FUSIO's Gamezilla Multi-Format Platform now supports not only ExEn based games, but Java content and distribution, making it a clear entry-point for anyone wishing to enter the mobile games market. Over the next few weeks IN-FUSIO will make a series of announcements to confirm Gamezilla's versatility and its ability to seamlessly provide mobile games whatever the underlying technology.

Giles Corbett, co-CEO, IN-FUSIO, explained: "Combining Gamezilla's agnostic approach to multi-format game delivery with our experience of this rapidly developing market is removing many of the barriers to entry faced by mobile game developers. For these developers, it is simply not cost effective to publish across multiple channels. Knowing that an operator is running Gamezilla means a developer has immediate access to a much larger base of mobile users and, in turn, increased revenue opportunities."
