AndNow LLC, a developer of interactive games, today announced that they have launched SmallBall Baseball, a unique, massively multi-player on-line baseball game featuring the tiniest players to ever strap on cleats. SmallBall Baseball allows participants to own their own team (or teams), train their players in the skills of throwing, fielding, running and hitting, and compete against other teams from around the world for fame, fortune, and international bragging rights. SmallBall Baseball is a labor of love for two former Sega game designers and hardcore baseball fans, Ed Annunziata and Gerry Blau, who became fed up with how money has ruined the sport they both love. “Our goal when we created SmallBall Baseball was to capture what makes the sport great, while leaving out the things that have plagued the game over the past couple decades,” said Annunziata. “SmallBall Baseball is America's pastime in its purest form - hitting, fielding, running and throwing -- without mega salaries, work stoppages, lawyers and free agency.”
