First Star Software, Inc., the Westchester, New York based designer of award winning games, today announced that a major licensing agreement has been reached with KEMCO.
The agreement calls for KEMCO to develop and publish games based on BOULDER DASH® Volume I, First Star's best-selling, award winning title.
