BAM! Entertainment today announced that it is to publish Riding Spirits for the Sony PlayStation 2. BAM! released its first PlayStation 2 title, Driven, less than three months ago and plans to stay in the fast lane with its next high adrenalin race game. Riding Spirits is an exhilarating, fast paced motorcycle racing game currently being developed by Japanese development studio Spike. An experienced multi-platform developer, Spike are best known for the beat 'em up hit, Fire Pro Wrestling, which BAM! launched on the Game Boy Advance last summer. Riding Spirits is scheduled to ship to stores in June this year.

Riding Spirits offers more than 200 licensed super-bikes and motorcycles from some of the world's best bike manufacturers including Honda, Honda Racing, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and others. Game modes include an arcade style Quick Race, a death defying high speed Time Attack, as well as Versus and Duel multiplayer Battle Modes. Riding Spirits features an advanced graphics and physics engine that meticulously models the look and performance of every motorcycle whether it is a Kawasaki 2900 Super4 or a Honda CBR 900RR Fireblade.
