Swing! Entert@inment and Virgin Interactive are teaming up with the UK’s brightest tabloid newspaper to produce a quiz with a difference. The idea is to lose it all in with the super-saucy The Daily Sport Football Strip – an interactive game show in which four fabulous fillies get their kits off for the lads, due to be published end March 2001.
The quiz, officially endorsed by the UK’s brightest tabloid newspaper, boasts over 1,800 footie-related questions – split into individual categories designed to test the knowledge of even the biggest Statto. Correctly answering each question rewards players with an extra image of their chosen model, wearing slightly less clothes as the quiz progresses. Answer all of the questions correctly, and the kit comes completely off.
“When we signed the game, we had our list of perfect partners – and The Daily Sport was top of that list,” says Jon Brooke, PR Manager Virgin Interactive. “Like the paper, the quiz features a host of beautiful girls, and like the paper the quiz is all about fun. We’ll be working closely with the editorial and promotions team to ensure the game receives the maximum cross-exposure possible.”
“It's the game you wouldn't mind being pulled off at half time for,” smirks Tony Livesey, editor The Daily Sport.
The Daily Sport Football Strip will be published by Swing! Entert@inment and distributed by Virgin Interactive for PC CD-ROM on 30th March 2001, priced £14.99
