Oxygen Interactive Announces Groundbreaking Golf Simulation and Opening of Their North American Publishing Division

Los Angeles, CA - July 21, 2006 - Oxygen Interactive today announced ProStroke Golf: World Tour 2007 for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows Developed by Gusto Games, ProStroke Golf offers the most faithful and immersive simulation of the world's most challenging sport, and will be the first title released by Oxygen Interactive's newly-established North American publishing division. ProStroke Golf is scheduled for release late August 2006 in Europe and North America.

With a first-person over-the-ball view, ProStroke Golf's unique "ProStroke" swing system puts unprecedented control in the player's hands. No longer does the beauty of the perfect golf swing have to be represented by three controller button presses. Players must put their skill, stamina and mental agility to the test in Match Play, against their friends or in the comprehensive career mode. ProStroke Golf features 18 international courses including The Brabazon at The De Vere Belfry and Lake Nona; noted pros such as Sergio Garcia, Colin Montgomerie, Mark O'Meara and Ben Curtis; commentary from Sam Torrance, Ian Baker Finch and Allan Green; Golf Pro Training exercises; a detailed course and tournament designer and more.

ProStroke Golf was awarded a "Best Sports Game - Runner Up" award from GameSpot at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo. According to Brian Ekberg of GameSpot, ProStroke Golf is, "…"Unlike any other console golf game I have ever played… most impressive sports game at the show (E3 2006)."

Oxygen Interactive also announced the creation of its new North American publishing house, allowing the company to market and distribute its products to a larger audience.
