Elmo, this is a question from the emails. It's also a little rant too.
Way back before you were born I was playing videogames. And I loved them. A lot. A lot of my mates played them too and we would frequently play them at each others houses all huddled around a portable TV. Good times. There was so much wonder & excitement in those pixels and that feeling really didn't change until the internet was born. Now I find that excitement has gone a bit, the wonder is lost and I have often considered given up gaming. I think this is because games are announced much earlier than they used to be and by the time the game is in your hands you know everything about it. As a result I've decided to stop my gaming browsing completely including all news sites, podcasts (including yours I'm afraid), forums and video sites and have reinstated by subscription to Edge magazine as my only source of information.
Anyway. Enough rambling.

It's important to remember that you should only play games to enjoy them. If you feel as though you've had enough, just stop playing. It's the same with listening to podcasts. If you've had enough of us, stop listening! It's all good man.
