James began his career in the industry as a tester for Battlezone 64 on PC. He was then promoted to QA Lead, where he is now working on Power Rangers and the update to the Gauntlet series.
His proudest achievement as a games player was participating in The National Game Championships of 1994, where he reached the semi-finals of the Doom competition and had to play in front of thousands of FPS fans.
James Neilson's first video game work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1999 title, "Lego Racers" (PlayStation) as QA/Test.
James's most recent involvement was as QA/Test on the 2000 release "Power Rangers Light Speed Rescue" (PlayStation).
