Wii U owners, your Rayman Legends consolation prize (in the form of the platform-exclusive Challenges app) is now available to download from the Nintendo eShop. Go get it.
Daily and Weekly challenges will be added to the app to give platforming fans a good stretching of the thumbs before the full game is released (on multiple platforms) on August 30. Players can win cups to advance their Awesomeness Level - which in turn is used to unlock more challenges. Collected Lums can be used to unlock exclusive characters.
The Challenge app currently includes four levels: Land of the Livid Dead, Neverending Pit, Infinite Tower and Murfy's Dungeon. The latter stage is a multiplayer challenge where one player uses the GamePad to aid another player as they dart through to the end.
