Batman: Arkham Asylum because, well, it owns the rights. This leaves Square Enix-owned Eidos, which was responsible for the first game, out in the cold
Developer Rocksteady is still taking up the game creation task however, and Mr Tremblay is happy about this, saying, "Rocksteady has taken Batman to a new level in the videogame space and we are committed to delivering a sequel the fans will love."
