According to an unnamed SixthAxis source the PlayStation firmware update 3.0 - details of which were rumoured last week - won't be with us for half a year.
Its source states, "We’re still 6 months or so away," before usefully adding, “but 2.90 will come first."

6 months ok that does it i quit the ps3 back to the pc for 6 months im getting sick of the time period of which sony take to do simple things microsoft all i can say is well done.
