Summary

Developed by Twisted Pixel games for Kinect on the Xbox 360, The Gunstringer is presented as a play where all the action happens in the Wild West, acted out as if it were on the stage in a theatre. As the audience gathers to watch the play (which happens to be called The Gunstringer too), the story unfolds about an undead sheriff who has been betrayed by his colleagues. Bent on getting his revenge, he rises from his grave and seeks out those who have done him wrong. He also happens to be a marionette. A violent, drunken marionette that's a combination of judge, jury and executioner. What more do you want from a game?

Being a Kinect-only title, the player's body controls the game. Movement is dealt with using the left hand while your right marks out enemies on screen and shoots them down with abandon. The Gunslinger is presented as a mix of on-rails shooter and free-roaming kill-'em-up. With a unique graphic style players will be thrown into a rather different take on the Old West. The game also comes with DLC codes for extra content as well as bonus games Wavy Tube Man Chronicles and Fruit Ninja Kinect.
