Summary

Watch your back for Pyramid Head! Silent Hill is back for another thrilling run of horror-based action - but the series’ jump to PlayStation Vita has also come with a significant twist to the franchise’s traditional gameplay.

The game is developed by WayForward Technologies, and instead of focusing entirely on the series’ roots of survival psychological horror there will be an emphasis on multiplayer-based action sequences. That’s right, for the first time ever, Silent Hill has a multiplayer mode.

You and a friend are stranded in the spooky land of Silent Hill, and must work together in order to escape the town and its demonic inhabitants. An all-new scenario and soundtrack combine to provide a tense and thrilling experience from beginning to end - and for die-hard fans, there will be links to past and present events in the series too.

Book of Memories uses an overhead isometric view, and contains many different elements that recall past games in the series’ fictional universe - including the crazed and inhuman creatures that stalk you throughout the town. Exploring a town as sinister as Silent Hill is a rather scary experience on your own, so use the power of the PlayStation Vita to co-operate and escape your doom!
