My Fitness Coach is the next step in home fitness programmes. Instead of working your way through multiple 'personality'-fronted DVDs with static content, you work with Maya, your virtual fitness trainer - in an interactive and unique fitness programme customised to meet your needs. No workout will ever be the same (unless you want it to be) and your personal programme can be modified at any time - even on the fly during a workout.

Maya tests your fitness level, helps you establish goals, and sets up a commitment calendar toward achieving those goals. Then she coaches, encourages and charts your progress through a personalised series of workouts. She also provides fitness advice and motivational pep talks during workouts that help keep you moving and on track to your fitness goals.

My Fitness Coach is a unique experience for each user. Just like any reasonable fitness instructor in real life, Maya will re-jig your programme to your preferences at any point, should you feel uncomfortable with any aspect of what you're asked to do.
