Summary

A game that many people thought would never come out is finally here, all good things come to those who wait. In Hidden and Dangerous, you take command of the Special Air Service and take on a variety of objective-based missions. Set in World War 2, this tactical simulation will take you deep into enemy territory. The missions will be tough, your life is on the line, most importantly your country is counting on your success.

Hidden and Dangerous is the thinking man's shooting game. You wouldn’t see the SAS running blindly into a dangerous situation guns blazing, would you? It’s important to gain a tactical advantage by surveying the locations and assessing the enemy threat before making your move.

Choosing the right team for the mission is of vital importance in this game, as each member of your team has different skills and abilities. Because this title tries to be as realistic as possible, if a member of your team is killed, that’s it for them, and for you for the rest of the game. You team consists of four members and you can swap between them at any point. There are 23 taxing missions to test your leadership skills.

The graphics and sound suit the style of the game and the locations are varied, with the weather effects adding to the atmosphere. One of Hidden and Dangerous’s best features is that enemy movements are different each time you play, effectively meaning that your strategies are more important than remembering where the guards are.

Hidden and Dangerous is a difficult but rewarding game to play.
