Summary

Disney’s involvement within the video games industry is becoming more and more prominent by the day. With a plethora of releases already released and on the way, Disney Interactive’s development studios are earning themselves an improving reputation across all console and computer platforms. Next in the line up of Disney’s animated series’ is Winnie the Pooh, but more specifically, and to tie in with the big screen incarnation, Tigger’s Honey Hunt for PC.

This children’s classic-turned-interactive-adventure-game is Tigger’s first outing in the world of 3D. Incorporating the game mechanics of the likes of Crash Bandicoot and Pandemonium, Tigger’s Honey Hunt gives players the experience of a linear 3D platform game. Based on a minor story line (enough to keep the kids interested), Tigger’s Honey Hunt will take you through the world of Winnie The Pooh across many treacherous levels. There is a lot of bouncing to be done here, as you will learn to use spider’s webs as trampolines and use leaves as a means of transport to get to an unreachable platform. Also, a number of mini games have been incorporated into Tigger’s adventure that prove to be quite educational for children, and exercise their ability to observe and memorise.

One for the kids, this one, yet it is strangely challenging enough to give any player a run for their money.
