Before the season starts, you'll receive a message from the board regarding their expectations, and if you don't deliver, you'll more than likely get the sack. Prepare to be inundated with transfer enquiries, injuries to players, and lukewarm reactions from your employers. As manager, you have total control over team affairs, including strengthening your squad, ticket pricing and contract offers.
