The 8th Day was a freelance game development partnership, headed by Ged Keaveney and Jer O'Carroll. After their swansong, the PC title Gender Wars in 1996, the partnership broke up. O'Carroll went on to work with occasional T8D collaborators, Core, while Keaveney wound up at Software Creations.
The 8th Day's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1992 title, "Premiere" (Amiga).
The company has been involved titles released on the PC, Amiga, Amiga AGA and ST.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 1996 release "Gender Wars" (PC).
