Analysts Claim Massive 360 US Sales as Euro Dust Settles

‘Hit and miss’ analyst PJ McNealy, loudmouth predictor of things for American Technology Research, has claimed Microsoft will have sold through somewhere in the region of 300,000 and 400,000 Xbox 360 hardware units into North America.
McNealy went on to estimate Microsoft could have sold-through aound a million units had stock been widely available. “I think they would have been happy to have sold another million if they could have. They just didn't have them," he said.
Meanwhile, around 300,000 Xbox 360s went on sale in Europe last night/this morning, with demand again outstripping supply for the new machine. The availability figure came from this report in which Chris Lewis, head of Xbox for Europe commented to German Sunday newspaper Euro Am Sonntag that current speculation of 300,000 units is “…not far removed from reality.”

PS3 is goin to steal the hype away from 360 cuz since they say its goin to be on sale again in February and thats too close to the ps3 launch in march and when people see that they will settle for ps3 cuz the people might think its better and plus ps3 might be the same price as the 360 console and yea ps3 is goiin to have better games than 360 one word is metal gear solid 4 people are going to eat that up and ps is known for hyping the crap out of a system

I'll be in the line for the PSŁ come launch day, i'll be there are midnight in the cold with all the other hyped up fans, clutching a fistful of cash, i'll stride upto the counter and loudly ask for a 360.

Look, PS3 is due in JAPAN March earliest. We won't see them til DECEMBER according to REAL ANALYSTS. By which point, MS will have made a ton. So like they'll care.
