Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life is unarguably an unusual game, but one that has plenty of ardent fans nonetheless. Although Natsume’s agricultural lifestyle sim has never been a big seller (particularly not in Europe), it’s now a fairly long-standing series – rooted in the SNES’ 16-bit glory days, with multiple Gameboy and Playstation versions and even PSP and DS versions supposedly in the offing.
Given this history, it’s no surprise to learn that another new Harvest Moon game is on the way. Currently titled Harvest Moon - A Wonderful Life 2, it looks to be a straight-up sequel to the recent Gamecube release. Although no PAL version has been announced, providing that the original title sells in sufficient quantity, that’s pretty much an inevitability.
No further details have been made available yet, and on checking the game’s official page on the Nintendo website, the only information we could find was “This game has been announced. Check back soon for more information.” So there you have it, we’ll check back soon, and then provide you with more information.
