Hinted: Respawn to Use 3D in Titanfall
Dev team gets Oculus Rift tech... seems excited.
Respawn - the dev team and love-tug child of Activision and Electronic Arts - is producing another FPS to add to the groundbreaking and game-changing FPSs we already have with its Titanfall. Well, this could just have got a little more groundbreaking and exciting.
The Respawn Twitter feed just ensured that muttering and murmurings about proper immersive gaming like we were promised in the 1980s could be on the cards as its got it hands on Oculus Rift. it posted teh following:
"Hey, look what arrived at the office today. Very excited to play around with @oculus tech." The thing to look at is the very pic you can see illustrating this story. A very definite image of the 3D headset and tech Oculus Rift.
Respawn is, however, calming everybody down a bit, stating: "Nothing official yet but you never know" when asked if it was actually going to use the 3D tech.
