Nintendo has shared some more details on its upcoming Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD remaster for Wii U. The game will run in 1080p on the new hardware, and adds graphical shaders to "improve visual expression and refine texture graphics."
Company president Satoru Iwata revealed that Nintendo has also made a number of gameplay adjustments to the game in order to "improve the overall tempo" of action and exploration. Hopefully that means that it's finished and included that deleted third dungeon.
One thing Iwata did reveal is that the Tingle Tuner, a feature included in the original Gamecube version that connected to Game Boy Advance handhelds, has been transformed into the Tingle Bottle. By writing messages (or taking game snaps) and putting them in bottles, you can post to Miiverse and receive messages from others from bottles that wash up on the shore of your own game.
