Speaking at the DICE summit held in Las Vegas late last week, Nintendo’s Mr Iwata made some interesting comments about the future of the Pokemon series, with reference to the Game Boy Advance:
"One thing I would like to note: the next generation of Gold and Silver games, essentially Pokémon Game Boy Advance, is currently underway in Japan. While we haven't announced anything yet, I do think it will be out this year in Japan. Of course, in localisation, we're not sure...I'd like to get it out later this year in the US. But if not, as soon as we possibly can."
Interesting stuff! As ever, we’ll keep you informed on any progress.
