UK Chart: Dead Island Riptide Holds on to Top

Zombies! Zombies! Zombies! Deep Silver clearly has a winning formula here, as Dead Island: Riptide claims the top of the UK Video Game Chart for the third week in a row. It's the second game to do so in 2013, besides BioShock Infinite.

The Top 10 sees a bit of a shuffle about, as Call of Duty: Black Ops II climbs a few places to #2 and Assassin's Creed III re-enters at #7. Tomb Raider continues to perform well, staying put at #3 - a glimmer of good news for publisher Square Enix as it struggles to balance game sales with profitability.

Telltale's The Walking Dead saw a physical release this last week, thanks to publisher Avanquest - and the critically-acclaimed adventure game won a place in the Top 10 this week, at #9. Persona 4 Arena just missed out on a similar debut week showing, appearing at #11.
