Sony wants to make sure that nobody's going to forget about the PlayStation 4, even when Microsoft's next Xbox is all but revealed. Which is probably the reason why the company will be allowing attendees of the GameStop Expo in Las Vegas hands-on access with the console before it hits the shops.
The gaming expo, which until last year was only open for GameStop employees, will allow the public to get up close and personal with the new system and its launch titles. "Top game developers" are also confirmed to be in attendance.
GameStop Expo 2013 will take place at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas on August 28. If you're a PowerUp Reward member, you can take advantage of an early bird ticket price of $35 until August 11. Otherwise, tickets will cost $45 with VIP passes costing $90.
