Monster Hunters, rejoice! An update for Capcom's recently-released Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on Wii U has just been launched to the public, opening the door to a couple of new features that might make social hunting a little bit more exciting.
For one thing, region locking has been removed in the latest version of the game. This means that European users can connect with US players and work together to take on some unruly beasts at your leisure.
Off-TV GamePad support has also been added, allowing the Wii U to beam the whole Monster Hunter experience to the controller and freeing up the goggle box. If you have the game, it's worth the update, so go get it now.
