Huge Down Time as PlayStartion Network Off for 17 Hours
Maintenance as "big changes" are occurring within SCEE
We're all aware that the PlayStation Network is often down for a bit of maintenance... but 17 hours on one go? Planned?
That's apparently what is happening next Monday. According to the PlayStation Forum... "There will be scheduled PSN Maintenance taking place on Monday 15th April from 14.00PM until Tuesday 16th April at 05.00AM BST." That's a hell of a long time for some basic maintenance work. So, what's being taken offline?

That's a hell of a lot to come offline. SCEE also states that:
"Users will be able to sign into their SEN account provided they have signed into their account within the last 5 days. Users who are signed into the account prior to the start of the maintenance should be able to stay connected and will not lose their online session.
"Please note however that the above services will still be unavailable."
So, yes, big down time.
